Refund policy

Your return must be received by us within 30 days of receiving your items. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or damage.

 

 

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

Loose Lucys is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Loose Lucys does not take ownership of returned items until they are received at our location. We do not take ownership of items that are returned improperly.
